Every student will be receiving a Demographics Information Form to take home and give to their parents or guardians to review and correct where necessary. These forms need to be filled out and returned by next Monday, September 20th. The 1st homeroom that hands in all their forms will win a Pizza and Ice Cream Party!!! Ask your teachers or office staff for more information. You have ONE WEEK, the count-down is ON!!
